I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Thank for threatening to sue us for fraud. Always a great business practice and just proves my points you tried to scam us.  Since I am not committing fraud it will be great to present my side to a Judge.  I never got your first check and if you remember I called you three times after you told me you would send me the check.  You avoid my call the first time.  The second time your co-worker told me the check was not sent and would have you call me back.  I called the third time you told me it was in the mail.  I waited two months before filing this complaint.  I gave you a lot of time.  I called three other people to check the window and they all told me windows never leak it has to be something else.  I called four roofers who all found the problem.  I have since had the roof repaired and it just rained very hard a few days ago guess what NO LEAK.  Go ahead sue me I have other window guys who can testify on my behalf plus your own tech who told me to have my roof checked.

Good Afternoon, We replaced the glass in the window at Mr. [redacted] house on or about 9/4/2015 he had seal failure sometimes people will call that a window leak it is not a window leak it is a breach to the seal surrounding the glass. The breach usually causes the glass to get moisture and dirt...

in between the two panes of glass. Mr. [redacted] called us in August of 2016 and complained of a window leak. I asked him why he did not call sooner if he thought he had a problem with our work. He said he was sure it had not rained between 8/15-8/16 (dry year) We sent a technician to Mr. [redacted] house to find out what the problem was. We determined at that time it was a window leak, he said he paid us to fix the window leak why did we replace the glass I told him we replaced the glass because he had a seal failure two different things. I offered to water test his window if it was our fault his window leaked I would not charge him for it. If it was not our fault and in fact a window leak I would have to charge him $150.00He refused I repeated my offer. Since Mr. [redacted] was starting to escalate the situation I told him I would give him 50% of his money back. I sent check # 2615 for $186.49 on 8/16/16 that check has not been cashed yet. As far as the glass not matching it is the first I have heard of it. The spacer (not the glass) he is talking about is in between the panes of  glass it helps hold the glass together and keeps the window from allowing dirt and moisture between the panes. If you as a guest of the [redacted] were walking up to the front door you would not even notice it, nor would you notice it if you were inside the house. We believe we put a better product in there. I will refund Mr [redacted] $372.97. I also am not putting a stop payment on the other check I believe he received it and is just getting a full refund for writing a letter.
