Review: I received an email requesting that I complete a survey for [redacted]. Clear M & C Saatchi was the research company in charge of the survey. The email said I would be rewarded with a $15.00 [redacted] voucher for completing the survey and it would take approximately 25 minutes of my time. I completed the survey online and it was at least 45 minutes because it contained at least 3 sets of printed advertising material that I was required to review. There was also a film/TV campaign that I was asked to review. At the end of the survey, instead of receiving the promised voucher, I was informed that there was a problem with the survey and that I should check back later. I sent a complaint email to an address that I found on the research company's website and I have not heard any response from them.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to compensate me for my time and opinions as was worded in the invite email. They let me complete the whole survey, they should compensate me for my time like they promised.
