Review: When we originally signed with Clear pay we did so because they promised our business better overall rates and pricing and subsequent monthly savings they would provide. They also provided us with a free Loaner Vx520 credit card terminal that we could use for as long as we processed with their company. If we left their service we simply needed to send the terminal back to Clear pay and there would not no charge associated with the terminal they provided. Not only did they lie about their rates being lower than our pevious provider(as evidenced by our statement and fees from Clear Pay)we were charged significantly more in fees which was harmful to our business. when we switched back to our old provider, we shipped their loaner terminal back to them as part of our original agreement with them. However they still charged us $588.50 for the Loaner terminal on5/5/2016 despite receiving the equipment back on 3/21/2016 at 11:09am per the shipping records. We can Provide the Revdex.com with a complete and detailed breakdown of the shipping records as evidence it was receive by Clear Pay. Every effort we made to get refunded the money that was illegally debited from our account has resulted in no response from their company. IF we don't receive full restitution from Clear Pay immediately for the $558.50 that was wrongfully deducted from our checking account we will be filing an official Complaint with the Wisconsin Attorney Generals office seek legal representation to file a Lawsuit against Clear Pay and we will also be filing a criminal complaint with the Price County Sheriffs Department for wire fraud and theft.Desired Settlement: It is our hope that the Revdex.com can assist our business with getting this resolved with the following results.. Closure of our account at Clear Pay with no ECF(Fraudulent Sales tactics) Full Refund of the $588.50 that was illegally debited from our account for the Loaner terminal that was send back to Clear Pay(Terminal was shipped back to Clear pay via United States Postal service and received and signed by Clear Pay on 3/21/2016 and other fees or charges

Clear Pay has agreed to refund the full amount they wrongfully charged our business for the Loaner terminal that we shipped back to them in March 2016 and they have also agreed to close our processing account with no ECF. This is an acceptable response from Clear Pay.

I want to thank you for a good experience with your Company. Unfortunately I am not able to switch my current service to you. This was due to the software system our Franchise Company uses. I was excited about the features of your processing platform and quite disappointed that I could not get it set up at this time.
I have forwarded information about our company and our software service company so that you might be able to present your products and service and eventually become one of our preferred/integrated vendors.

Clear Pay helped me get my business started. I mean that to the fullest affect as their insight, knowledge and equipment allowed me to accept payment online, in person and over the phone. My business draws 70% of my business online so without them I would've lost that business. Thanks Guys and Gals!

We have been very happy with Clear Pay. We had an event and the people running it needed a little 'hands on' help and [redacted] was very helpful working with our donor and helping with the event.
Clear Pay is very accommodating, helpful, and quick to answer any question (no matter how silly). It's nice that they are a local business too!

[redacted] and the team at ClearPay Financial Solutions did a remarkable job setting my company up with credit card processing capabilities. Within just a couple of days, ClearPay was able to set us up with a virtual terminal (with literally hundreds of options) as well as credit card swipers. We have had virtually no issues, and the ClearPay team has consistently answered all of our questions in real time. I can’t say enough good things about the ClearPay team, their service, and their support – I would highly recommend this service!!

Review: My sales representative, [redacted], called me after I purchased a POS system for my store and yelled at me for not having purchased it through him despite the fact that he never told me that he also sold POS systems. Regardless, it was rude and out of line for him to call me like that and scold me for "taking his commission and giving it to someone else." I wrote to him saying that his call was rude and unprofessional and that I would like another sales agent. He told me my business means "very little" to him and he looked forward to never speaking to me again.

I made several attempts to call ClearPay regarding having me transferred to another sales agent but customer service did not know how to make this happen and could not escalate the issue. I finally decided to call and cancel the account because I could not bear the thought of working with [redacted] as my account rep. It was only after I called to cancel that customer service offered to transfer my call to their corporate office, where I have had zero luck in resolving the situation.

I have been trying to cancel my store's account with ClearPay Financial Solutions for 1.5 weeks. I have mailed a written request and attempted 4 times to reach someone by phone; however, no one has contacted me regarding this issue. Their customer service is terrible. Nobody has made one effort to contact me to resolve the matter. I have called repeatedly and left messages (customer service will transfer me to their corporate office, where I am sent directly to voicemail and told to leave a message and someone will respond within 24 hours, but nobody ever does). Their is absolutely zero access to anyone outside their level-1 customer service department who cannot facilitate account issues or closures.Desired Settlement: I would like someone from ClearPay to call me immediately and assist me in closing my account.

Response:

Prior to receiving this complaint, the merchant reached out to our corporate sales email address where the matter was immediately escalated to management. I personally spoke with the client where it was determined and agreed that the sales agent in question was misrepresenting ClearPay as an organization. The client was pleased to be able to speak to someone in an authoritative role and I assured them that the matter would be resolved to their liking and further action would be investigated with regard to the sales agent. We have requested that in lieu of parting ways with ClearPay (to the client's satisfaction) that they submit a formal statement to the Revdex.com, requesting that the complaint be retracted and removed from ClearPay's Revdex.com profile, as the complaint was and is being directed toward the individual sales agent, who is an Independent Contractor selling services on behalf of ClearPay and its subsidiaries. Upon receipt of letter of retraction ClearPay will immediately comply with the client's wishes.

your assistance with the matter. Also, thanks for clarifying that [redacted] was an independent

contractor selling ClearPay services, in which case my complaint is with him and not ClearPay.

Thank you for agreeing to cancel my account with no cancelation fee and for refunding me $99.00. I will

resend the credit card machine as soon as the FedEx shipping label is issued. Per our conversation, I am

retracting my complaint of ClearPay with the Revdex.com because with you were able to

resolve my issue.
