Clear Point Gardens

This apartment Complex does not operate to the standards of the law and it's own policies. There are fire hazards with the amount of occupants that live in 1 and 2 bedroom apartment. There is illegal activities constantly going on. I smell marijuana in my apartment on a daily basis. I am afraid it will get on my clothes and my work will be able to smell it. I work at a very upscale retirement home and do not want people talking about the fact that I smell like marijuana, never mind the fact that it is ILLEGAL. I know for a fact that I live next door to a two bedroom apartment that houses 8 people, if not 10. Dogs that are over the weight limit that is set on their leases live in the complex. They are constantly messing up my account with the rent fees and then are completely unprofessional when I come into the office to show them what the problem is. I have lived there for 2 years which is longer than everyone in my building has. I do not feel safe in the area anymore because of the drug deals that go down in the parking lots. The staff makes you look like a complete it when you are trying to confront them about issues they don't or won't tell you about. They will not give me access to my lease. The complex has been under new management 4 times in the 2 years I have been there. This place is a nightmare

Revdex.com called business to follow up on this complaint and spoke to Sabrina R***, property manager, who said *** has been released from her lease without penalty and has returned her keys

I have been facing lot of troubles for the lease transfer of my Apt (***) since July 2018. Before leaving from Columbus, I sent written email to the Mgmt of Clear Point Gardens that - the lease of my Apt will be transferred to 2 persons (Sai and Vinay). At the same time I collected the lease transfer form from leasing office, signed the same and gave it to Sai before leaving from Columbus. I left Columbus on 07/20 and after that - Sai and Vinay made an ILLEGAL ARRANGEMENT with Apt Mgmt such that - they never completed lease transfer AND stayed illegally in my Apt . They gave me false written confirmation to me that - they have completed lease transfer of my Apt. This is TOTAL FRAUD CASE. MOST SURPRIZING AND MOST UNFORTUNATE PART - The Apt Mgmt NEVER INFORMED ANYTHING THAT - LEASE TRANSFER was not done. I came to know this only on October and filed police complaint and sent to Sai, Vinay and Leasing office. Then Both Leasing office, Sai and Vinay gave me a written confirmation that - lease transfer is completed successfully. But still I have not received the completed LEASE TRANSFER DOC from Apt Mgmt,
which is signed by all stakeholders - MYSELF, SAI, VINALY AND PROPERTY MANAGER OF APT LEASING OFFICE. It's really unprofessional and very unsafe because without lease transfer doc - I may face legal problem in future

I have been renting an apartment from Clear Point Garden since April, 2018. For the past seven months, I've been dealing with mice and roach infestations. I have notified the leasing office multiple times and have showed them evidence of the infestations. They have not done anything about it. Whenever I go to the office, I am treated very badly and they have refused to speak with me. The management is extremely rude and unprofessional. They promised to change me to another unit if the problem doesn't go away but they changed their minds now. They told me that all the other buildings might have mice infestation so they can't guarantee a mice less unit.

I am now asking them to cancel my lease but they are also refusing to do that. The apartment is not habitable and I have been sleeping in my car. There are multiple holes in the apartment and for the past 7 months, I've been told someone will come to treat the unit for the mice and cover up the holes but it hasn't happen yet. I am tired of paying for an apartment that I am not living in. The mice is everywhere and I feel sick because of it. I've been fired from my previous job due to not sleeping at night because of the mice. I had to find another job and I am struggling with keeping my current job because I am not able to sleep since the mice are the most active at night.

Clear Point Gardens has refused to successfully resolve the mice problem in our apartment. We have been living here a little over 6 months and haven’t seen any improvements. We file complaints almost everyday and no one has assisted us. I requested to speak with the property manager multiple times and I have yet to see, hear, or have any contact with them. They are providing am unhealthy living situation for both myself and my boyfriend but also for my little siblings when they stay with us.
