Clear Shine Pool Service

Review: Initially requested pool shock service on 6/30/16. Man by the name of [redacted] came for first phase of chemical treatment and said he'd return the next day to complete job. He never came on 7/1 or 7/2 after he said he would each morning when I called. Throughout both of those days he did not answer the phone or communicate he would not be coming. Those two days I stayed at home all day waiting. Finally after many requests for this company to complete the job they sent another man by the name of [redacted] to my house and he said he'd need to start the process all over again because so much time had passed. He came on 7/13 and skimmed the top of the pool and cleaned the filter. [redacted] said [redacted] would be there later that afternoon to add the chemicals. [redacted] never came. [redacted] came the afternoon of 7/15 to add chemicals and said to run my filter for one hour after and one hour the following day. After not seeing any improvement to my pool I began to consult with several other pool professionals and they all have seemed to say the filter must run continuously 24/7 until the water clears and not one hour. This company is extemely unprofessional. They blatantly lied to me several times as [redacted] and [redacted] both told me contradicting things about why they didn't complete the job. They do not communicate well or were ever interested in completing the service I paid them for and they agreed to.Desired Settlement: Because I used this company it cost me an additional $132 for chemicals and $100 for another professional company to do the job correctly. Not to mention the health hazard they turned my pool into and the serveral days I stayed home waiting for them to show up. I would like a refund in full.

The $100 paid by customer for one time has been completed an pool went from green to clear the algae settled to the bottom thereafter we got few calls from customer I sent out the pool tech he poured in another $75 worth of chemicals an not to mention service call each time we went out there total visits 5. As for refund I will not refund as we went negative on this job. We also cleaned her filter have not got paid for it. As for her pump circulation the pump timer was changed to run 24hrs to clean pool.
