We have fully switched to a strait forward pricing systemOur new procedures
and policy ensure the customer knows exactly how much the bill will be prior to approving any workWe no longer bill by the hour leaving the customer in the dark wondering what the total will be
The above mentioned error was made in the days of making this switchAll of our techs are fully aware and understand our strait forward pricing system and since making the switch we have had excellent feedback from our customers
