Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] First of all the business manager is lyingI wanted my money back for the flash because he didn't flash my phone correctlyMy phone only had text and talk and I was not able to use the data if I wasn't around WiFiAfter a month had pass I wasn't able to text anymoreI called the dealer Pageplus who advised me that there was a problem with the activation because there wasn't a problem with my dataI then called Clear Sound Mobility and advised him of the problem and he said that it was my data, which was a lie because texting does not run off of dataI was aware that my phone would be a 3G but I wasn't aware that text would only last a month, which means the flash was not done correctlyWhen I went to the store to let him look at the phone he was so rude and did not want to assist me so I told him to set my phone back to how it wasI paid him $to Flash my phone and it was not flash correctly because I couldn't use the internet on my phone unless I was around WiFi and I should have been able to use the internet anyway because I had data on my phone that I never usedSo the bottom line is I paid him to flash my phone because he said he could but he didn't do it rightI feel he waited until the last minute to respond because he knows that he lying and he did not perform the job I paid him to doI had no problem with my phone becoming a 3G as long as it worked with talk, text and data and I did not have data from the beginning and after a month I had no text Answer this question if he flashed my phone correctly why did I have to go to Tallahassee, FL and get my phone flashed and everything works and I am still with PageplusI can utilize the internet any where I go now, because Smart Electronics Flashed my phone Correctly and I should get my money back from Clear Sound Mobility because they did not flash my phone correctlyIf you need the information for Smart Electronics to verify that they had to flash my phone I can provide that

The customer complaint states that was an activation fee but it wasntThe fee was for the phone to be flashed to pageplus which is a 3g carrierWhich is totally legal and does not harm the phone in any wayIt just reprograms the phone for Pageplus which runs on Verizons service, which is what her phone isThe difference is that pageplus is a prepaid carrier that resells Verizons networkThe talk, text and data were fully working but the phone only got 3g since that is all pageplus doesShe wanted her phone to go back to verizons 4g but that is only possible if you go back to a Verizon for a contractWhich was explained, she just wanted the flash fee back because she wanted 4g after she used the phone for a month So we hard reset the phone so it would be ready for her to go back to Verizon for them to program the phone for contract service with them Thanks, [redacted]

 First of all the business manager is lying. I wanted my money back for the flash because he didn't flash my phone correctly. My phone only had text and talk and I was not able to use the data if I wasn't around WiFi. After a month had pass I wasn't able to text anymore. I called the dealer Pageplus who advised me that there was a problem with the activation because there wasn't a problem with my data. She wanted her phone to go back to verizons 4g but that is only possible if you go back to a Verizon for a contract. Which was explained, she just wanted the flash fee back because she wanted 4g after she used the phone for a month.  So we hard reset the phone so it would be ready for her to go back to Verizon for them to program the phone for contract service with them.
