To Whom It May Concern:I write to you in regard to ID number mentioned above Luna Park operates with a software program that is able to match the purchase (in this case a Luna Card) to the receipt number Each luna card has a digit bar code imprinted on the back of it The same bar code is transmitted onto the receipt at the time of purchase If one of our guest, lost their Luna Card or they want to know how many credits are left on their Luna Card we are able to know either by the scanning the Luna Card or entering the receipt number Our system is very sophisticated and we have no problem making a refund if it is warranted [redacted] did not make a formal complaint at Guest Services otherwise he would have received a call back from a manger within our organization Please let me know if you have further questions or comments.Regards,Jennifer T [redacted] Director of OperationsLuna Park at Coney Island [redacted] [redacted]
