On June 26, 2018 Clear Tech Window Restoration of Gimli Manitoba drilled four holes in our dining room window as the seal was broken November 2017 and condensation had built up in between the panes of glass. They were to come back in one month to spray a gas between the panes and seal up the holes. Because we live on an extremely dusty road, there is now dust between the panes of glass.
I have called them a couple of times and my husband has called them a few times as well to find out when they will be out to finish the job. It's been 4 months since they first came out and they haven't showed up nor returned any of phone calls. They have been paid in full, a copy of the invoice is attached.
Is there anything you can do to help us get this job completed by the this company? Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Finish the job: I want the company to come back and spray a gas between the panes and seal up the holes.
We are extremely sorry for this oversight at our end, which was due to filing the job as completed, when in fact it wasn't. All of our correspondence is by email and through our website, with the exception of this particular client, so while there is no excuse, it was a clerical error. We don't receive alot of phone calls so I only have a lite messaging system, which can become full quickly and messages expire or get deleted and there is no retrieval unlike an email, where it is always available. We went today, Friday November 2nd, 2018 and completed the job. The client was very understanding of our mistake, and we gave them a 50$ rebate for their inconvenience. There was , however, a misunderstanding by the wife of the client as far as the work that was to be done. The husband was very aware that we don't put gas back in the window. And We don't re-seal it.It becomes a breathable unit , which doesn't allow moisture to be trapped any longer. The amount of air that moves through the window isn't a great deal, so dust entering the window is not an issue. He told me he was was satisfied with our workmanship, and the moisture has been completely removed from the window, which is what we guarantee. We sincerely hope this can be resolved without tarnishing my young company's reputation. We have definitely learned a lesson that we are very dependent on technology, and need to implement some measures to deal with clients who do not use the internet.
