My husband and I purchased an air conditioning unit from this company in 2011. Now that we need warranty work to be completed according to their Service Manager, CJ [redacted], "we are to far for the Clear the Air techs to be driving to our residence". After 4 years of regular maintenance being completed at our residence and Clear the Air charging our credit card on a monthly basis, this is now an issue when we need warranty work to be completed. Now we are stuck trying to find another company who will honor our warranty.
