Explained to the customer that unfortunately some banks require some stipulations such as verification of employment that is out of our hands but we worked closely on this matter with the bank and resolved the matter we do not collect payments for banks and keep them as it is not ours to keep

My trade in was not paid off in a timely manner and I still have not received any documentation from the funding bank regarding payments. According to my financing documents, a payment is due today and I have no idea where it needs to be sent.  I should not have to chase down information for a $25,000 purchase that was made on October **, 2015.  This is beyond frustrating!

[redacted] van is in our shop now awaiting a new air condition compressor which will arrive tomorrow. Unfortunately the ac compressor doesn't fall under the lemon law category therefor returning the vehicle is not an option. We stand behind every vehicle we sell and we will continue to stand behind...

AutoWorld Kia has refused to acknowledge anything other than the problems with the AC in their response. This minivan has spent more than the required 15 days in the service shop to repair the starter and the keyless entry which was promised at sale.  I have all dates and phone records ready to prove that after June [redacted], when they told me they would get right back to me, there was no further communication until I called on July * and waited on hold for 55 minutes to find out if my car was in working order.  The Lemon Law states that a car that is out of service for 15 days or more is eligible for a refund. I will accept nothing else.

We checked with the dealer that we did purchase a vehicle from and they said that letters such as that credit denial letter never go to customers when they cannot obtain the car a customer wishes to buy. Furthermore, we have had similar circumstances in the past and never received a credit denial letter after our credit was approved. We both have excellent credit ratings which will most likely be affected by this. We have never ever been denied credit and we want this removed. We did not get a car from Autoworld because they could not get us the car we wanted and NOT BECAUSE WE WERE DENIED CREDIT. A few days after getting our money back, we purchased the exact car we wanted with 0 percent interest due to excellent credit. Now, we want Autoworld to straighten out this credit report which was generated because of them. If this is not resolved we will definitely submit a complaint to corporate headquarters for Kia.

not satisfactory. I would like to add, however, that complaint ID# [redacted] was resolved sometime around mid July. The response from Mr. R[redacted] on behalf of KIA is perplexing and only further exemplifies the companies ineptitute. Their lack of internal communication is painfully clear as the aforementioned complaint was resolved several months ago.. Some credit is due to KIA however, as they did alllow me to negotiate a logical sum for the issue in question. But this was only after several calls from me and several redirects from them. I was only contacted once by them and that led to further redirects. I consider this complain closed as should KIA, and I appreciate the help of the Revdex.com

Autoworld Kia is currently working on this matter with our KMF bank representative to resolve this matter. We did work on it prior to this complaint and were told that it was taken care of we will be in contact with the customer as soon as we get a response from KMF. As it is our goal to...

Had customer's vehicle in service repaired the customers vehicle and delivered it back to him our service manager spoke to the customer on the phone and said customer seemed happy.Our Pre-Owned manager has made a couple of attempts to contact customer but has been unsuccessful left message to please give us a call back so we can rectify and issues the customer has Thank you,[redacted]

 I am not satisfied with this settlement because "Jorge" lied to me and my husband stating that the part for my muffler was $900 and he reduced it to $700. He was not aware that we was already quoted a price of $700 from "Andy", who was my original service advisor, but was fired. So that "reduced" price is a lie. There is no reason why they had my car for 20 days and all I needed was a muffler and brake line. With them having my car from 7/**/15 to 8/**/15, I ended up getting a ticket for no inspection. I have never received a ticket for no inspection before and was humiliated by this! My car note was paid and so was my insurance and I didn't have my vehicle. Jorge is a liar and I am asking t be compensated because he lied and tried to deceive me! How is he allowed to increase a price of a part after I was already quoted a lower price, as if he did me a favor for having my car so long? Isn't that again the law?

matter has been resolved. Also, the person who helped me there was Ken, Store Manager, he was the ONLY person there who helped me resolve this issue, he was never disrespectful and followed up with me in a timely manner, he called me on Saturday, June *, 2017 to let me know the check was signed by the GM, I picked it up the same day and deposited into my account the same day and today Tuesday, June *, 2017 it has cleared.

We tried to obtain the Vehicle with the specs that the customer wanted but we were unable to obtain the vehicle offered the customer a different color scheme but they did not want to change. As for us denying the customer credit that is not up yo us the letter that they received id automaticlly...
