Clear View

Review: I have called clear view many times and spoke to [redacted] the owner about the kitchen floor he installed for me and that it is coming loose in spots. He has called me with intent and also text me with intent but he never shows up. He also is supposed to install a floor in my laundry room in which he said it would be free as part of the repair he did with my hot water heater, again no response. He always make promises he does not keep. I think he owes me this for he has been paid. The last text I got from him was April 4th again promising to come over to fix the problem. I have another person tell me I might have to pull up the whole floor again and replace it. I already paid someone else for thawing out my pipes in one spot because clear view did not put the insulation back up correctly when they installed the kitchen floor.Desired Settlement: I can not trust this company anymore! I would like a refund for inferior work that they have done and what I was promised and never received with the laundry room floor which he was paid for.
