Review: I went to the Optometrist office because I after enrolling and starting school I notice that it was difficult for me to see the letters in my books. I was able to read at a certain distance but when I got closer to write my answers I could not see clearly my vision will get blury and I had to put my book away to I could see again and when I get it close to write I will have to put my finger on the line in order to be able to write my answers and the same I notice when I was trying to read the board I just couldn't see clearly so I called Dr. [redacted]'s office right away to make an appointment. At the time I was & still working 2 jobs and attending school so that would liave NO time for anything but I knew that my eye health was very important for me as it was school so I made the time to go to my eye doctor appointment. the secretary or assistant took me in exam my eyes and did whatever she had to do before taking me in to the exam room. then I got in and the Doctor came and as I just explain at the beggining of this letter I told her what was the reason I was there. then when doctor got in the exam room I explained exactly what my problem was and just so you know my day time job is in an insurance office where I spend all the time infront of a computer while my noght time job is as a cashier where I spend all the time infront of a register. I have gone twice for eye exam because the doctor didn't prescribed the glasses I need and I still see the same with the glasses on as if I didn't have them. I can't miss any more time off work just to keep going back and forth with the doctor assistant who refuse to help me not to give me my money back so I could go to anothe eye doctor. I pais $319.00 for glasses just to find out that Dr. [redacted] prescribed me reading glasses where I could just gone to walmart and buy myself a $3.00 reading glasses which work better than the one's he prescribed me. I can't waste any more time waiting for doctor to agree to a full refund so I can go to eye care at Walmart.Desired Settlement: I am very disappointed at the fact that I have spend months talking with [redacted] the doctor's assistant on the phone requesting a full or partial refund & she keeep on making excuses telling me that they cannot refund my money that I have to go for another exam when I already when thru 2 eye exams and the problem has NOT been resolved. Every time I have to call her since she always promise to call me back & never does. I waited & waited & then call back but she's always busy I want a full refund
