Hi [redacted] - I'm sorry there's been an issue with your accountI pulled a list of projects in which you've participated and spoke to the project managers individuallyOver the last days, they've worked to get your account caught upThere are a couple projects that are still outstanding, but the majority have been paid and we made sure to prioritize payment for the Credit Score survey for $25.Rewards are paid out at the close of the projectGenerally, that happens within 2-weeks, but that can sometimes be extended for a number of reasonsFor example, some projects take longer than weeks to get the number of completed surveys requested by our clientSometimes, clients spend a long time reviewing the responses (which determines who they will and won't pay for participation - e.g., people who write gibberish or offensive answers with crude language are usually excluded from payment)One of the studies that is still outstanding in your account is the [redacted] ***, which is ongoingWe are waiting to hear back from the client about your participation, and as soon as we get confirmation, it will be paid out to youI agree that months is an unacceptable period of time to wait for an incentive, and I'm sorry that you haven't been paid in a timely manner.Feel free to reach out to me directly, by phone or by email, if you have any further questionsThanks,Amanda [email protected] [redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/12/30) */
There is not enough information here for me to determine which project MsX participated inMost projects take 4-weeks to pay outI'm not sure who MsX contacted, but if she'd like to contact me directly via email, I'd be happy to help get
this resolved
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 8, 2016/01/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/07/25) */
The incentive was incorrectly stated as $in the survey invitation Ms*** received - the reward for completing both the qualifying survey and the research study was $
Complete instructions for participation were included on the
first page of the survey (see Survey_Text.png)
A support ticket from Ms*** was received on 6/23/2015, and a reply from one of our staff members was sent the same day (see Support_Ticket.png)
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/07/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is absolutely ridiculous that a company would lie on one consumer! Obviously the respondent thinks I am new to the company or some type of itHere's why I have a problem with what was said from ClearVoice: Any time they make a mistake on any survey or study, they ALWAYS send out another email with the correct information in itNow, if I was supposedly given the wrong incentive information, then why is it that I am the only one who has spoke up about it? So you mean to tell me that only I received information that was incorrect?? I find that highly unlikely seeing as though I am sure the company has at least 200,people that sign up for surveys and studies everydayHere's where I have another problem: If that is the supposed reason as to why I wasnt given the incentive that was shown, why couldnt whoever I spoke to through the support ticket just say that?? Instead, I got some robotic copy and paste answer like " The incentive is for both the study and the survey." Why wasnt I told that? More importantly, if this actually was the case for this particular study, then why wasnt this information put in the email that the study came with? Because this business does not want to pay out for the mistake that someone inside the company made so you would rather make me look like I am looking for a handoutI think they are scamming people out of their information and selling it to other companies honestlyIts just a bunch of lies and I have wasted entirely too much time on this company
Final Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2015/08/21) */
As mentioned previously, all information pertinent to the study itself, including complete instructions for participation, were included on the first page of the survey (see again
Survey_Text.png)The email sent to members to notify them of a study includes basic, but not all, information about the study

Hello -  I'm sorry to hear you had an issue with the survey. I'd like to help resolve the situation and look into your responses. I need some more information in order to review the survey. Can you please forward the survey invitation you received to [email protected]? This...

Just spoke to [redacted] - she has received her incentive and no further monies are owed.

Ms. [redacted] is a member of our Cleaning Advisory Panel, hosted by clearvoicesurveys.com. She completed the aforementioned survey on Wednesday, November 16. The promised incentive was a $60 [redacted] gift code. As stated on the Rewards FAQ page...

(https://www.clearvoicesurveys.com/Panel/Links/ViewFAQ?faqId=12), payments are normally processed within 2-6 weeks. A code for $60 was emailed to Ms. [redacted] on Monday, December 19. I called her on Wednesday, December 21 and she confirmed receipt of the code. We consider this matter resolved.
