Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Although we ourselves did not obtain the Zelle app, a criminal used our email address to set up the app for themselves to hack into our bank accounts. My question is, is it true a person only needs an email address or mobile phone number to get your application. If so, what are the security back up checks to make sure the app is not being fraudulently used. It's very easy to get anyone's email and fairly easy to obtain a cell phone number. This app should have two or three secure back ups to make sure the user is really who they say they are. What ways are being used to ensure this? 
We have been in constant contact with the bank and they are fully aware of this fraud case. An investigation is taking place now.
