Clearbox LLC would not refund the difference between a product I wanted and a more expensive upgraded product I did not want and did not order On 09/06/2017, I attempted to order a "Background Check" from ClearBox which was advertised online for $ However, today (09/07/2017) I checked my bank account and noticed they charged me for the upgraded "Clear Check" product for $ I contacted the company and asked them to refund the difference between the two products and they refused I would like a partial refund from this company

Clearbox is demanding I pay for a $product I never ordered I have been emailed a few times a month by Clearbox They say I OWE them more $ for a product I supposedly received from them

To obtain a background check for $from Clearbox for a client, Ms *** will not promise me a copy of it without paying for additional services
The above explains my issueI want Ms *** to guarantee that I shall obtain a copy of my own background check for $without paying for additional servicesIf I'm paying for a criminal background check to be delivered to one of my clients, I should be able to get a copy of it for my own records without paying for additional services that Clearbox offers

I paid for a background check After an hour of trying to navigate their website, I gave up and contacted them via messaging for a refund I received an email the next day that they had no idea what I was talking about I said I'm not satisfied with the work I have to do to navigate the website and I'm not satisfied with the company I asked for a refund so I could get a background check from another company I only went with them because this is the company recommended by company I am going through After several back and forth exchanges where I repeatedly asked politely for a refund, I was emailed my background check...essentially satisfying the company's obligation for my payment By this time I was already tired of working with them and frustrated with how complicated the process was and just wanted a refund I get an annual background check and have for the last years and I've never had such a miserable experience So services were paid, product delivered but not worth the hassle I will continue to seek a refund from the company so I can move on
