I was able to receive one more pair of braces from my dentist and I have been using it for the last weeksI am not sure if it is sufficient to fix teeth that is not alignedI will definitely contact clearcorrect as well as Revdex.com if I need further assistanceAs of now I am okay

ClearCorrect [redacted] [redacted] ***RE: Complaint ID [redacted] Dear ***,I am writing in regard to complaint # [redacted] .Our response to [redacted] ***’s complaint is as follows:We have discussed options with [redacted] and her assistant ( [redacted] ) in regard to this complaintWe have decided to give [redacted] four sets of additional aligners, based on a new impression received from her, at no change.We did request the original aligners (which [redacted] believed were made in error) to be returned to us for investigating, an action which could have resulted in a refund should they have been found to be defective[redacted] opted to not return this product to us, and instead opted to move forward with the new impression sent in to us.Please note, that in [redacted] ***’s complaint, she states she paid $for this case, when she paid $(invoice attached)Please let me know if you have any questions in regard to this.Best, [redacted]

ClearCorrect [redacted] September 14, 2016Dear Ms [redacted] Our response to Mr [redacted] complaint (# [redacted] ) is as follows:We would be happy to assist Mr [redacted] doctor in any way that we can with his treatmentHowever, as a patient of one of our providers, he is not our customerWe are a dental lab that fills prescriptions made by doctors–creating a custom tool for the doctor to useIt is the doctor’s sole responsibility to write the prescriptions, place the orders, and pay the lab feesWe are not liable for treatment fees charged by the doctorAdditionally, we are not able make decisions about a patient’s treatment without a request from the doctor.Mr [redacted] case closed on July 21st We did not receive any requests for revisions or complaints from the doctor at that time or any other time during the treatment.Since being notified of this complaint, we have contacted Mr [redacted] doctor to discuss his concerns and they have said that they will reach out the patient to resolve this issueThe doctor expressed that they were not aware of any dissatisfaction on that part of the patientWe will aid the doctor in any way we can to help resolve this issue.Thank you very much for your timePlease don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.Best, [redacted] Public Relations Director [redacted] ***[email protected]

I was able to receive one more pair of braces from my dentist and I have been using it for the last 2 weeks. I am not sure if it is sufficient to fix teeth that is not aligned. I will definitely contact clearcorrect as well as Revdex.com if I need further assistance. As of now I am okay.
