This company trespassed on private property to remove tree limbs for my brother's neighborThe trees are in my brother's yard with branches extending into her yardThey stated they had the neighbor's permission to be in his yard because she had not been able to contact my brother prior to the company arrivingWhen asked to cease until my brother, the owner of the property, could be contacted, the person identifying himself as the manager told me to mind my own businessI asked to see the work order and the survey of the propertyI explained to them they legally can only cut what is from her property line overI took multiple pictures of their workers trespassingAgain, I was told to mind my own businessThe workers were well beyond the property line in his yard, climbing up the trees in his yard, and cutting well past where her property stoppedI repeatedly told them to stop working and get off my brother's property and as I was calling the police departmentThe argument and work continued with this extremely unprofessional and rude manager until Eustis Police Department showed up and told them they had to have permission from the home owner to be on his propertyWill be sure to never use or recommend this unprofessional and rude company to anyone
