The reason I am rejecting this statement is because I still believe it is wrong if my payements are every (2) weeks. If I put a down payment on the car of $1900 on the 10th of Feb and that clear on the 12th of Feb. So why would I turn around and make a payment...

not even a week later of $218.00. My payments were post to be every (2) weeks starting for the 10th of Feb. After that my payments should of been made on 28th of Feb., 14th of March, and the 28th of March. Payment was made to [redacted] on the 27th of Feb for the [redacted]. Documents were sent with the receipt of that day I paid it also states my next weekly payment of when it was due. Even tho I am post to be every (2) weeks. I will also have my daughter send a bamk statment verifying that she paid on the 27th of Feb for me and the bank clear it on the 3 of March. And that my next payment should have of been on March 14. If clearfield was following there policies on how they react to when a payment is not recieved. How is it that Clearfield Motors did not come resposse the car the day after my payment was late as stated in there contract, even tho I talked to [redacted].

In response to Revdex.com letter received.  This car was not sold yet.  This car is in clearfield motors inventory. Customer had 15 days to pay off car if wanted back.  The 15th day was 04-08-2014. No payment was made to clearfield so per state law the car is being resold.

Handwritten response.

Review: I purchased a car (2009 [redacted]) on Feb. 10 2014 at 3:01 p.m. from [redacted] the sales manager at Clearfield motors. I put $1900.00 including tags, tax and registration **. [redacted] inform me that my first payment would be on Feb. 21, 2014. I then explain to him that my first payment should not be until Feb. 28, 2014 since I am doing bi-weekly and since all payments are due on Friday. Therefore I made a payment of $218.00 on Feb. 27, 2014 a day early of my original due date. Then following a week later I inform [redacted] that I could get laid off, which he inform me on the phone that it was fine as long as I kept him updated and let him know things we would be fine. After that he inform me that my next payment would be on March, 7 2014, which then gave me until March 13, 2014 before a late payment of $10.00 fee. After his statement I inform him that my payment should not be due until March 13, 2014 which then should of gave me until March 21,2014 of a late payment fee. But one that day he did a repossession on my car. Four days later [redacted] gave me a letter stating that I had (15) days to get my car back before it was resold. He explained in the letter that there was and I quote "Recovery Fee Of $200", "The Balance Due Of Payments" $15,309.99 and "Storage Fees Of $10 Per Day". It also, says in his letter and I quote again. "PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AS AFORSAID TO CLEARFIELD MOTORS INC. BY HAND DELIVERY IN CASH AT OUR OFFICE. OTHERWISE AFTER 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE THE VEHICLE WILL BE RESOLD.After I spoke to [redacted] on the phone he told me the only way I could get my car back was if I found another job in (15) days and after I paid all the balances and fees. I ask [redacted] for the owner and [redacted] inform me that there was no owner and he was the one running the show. I ask [redacted] another sales associate to look my information up to see if there was a misunderstanding on account and she explain to me that [redacted] is the only one that can look up his sales he made and take payments and etc. I find it hard to believe that customers have to wait for [redacted] to get back for anything to happen about a customers problem. I also, find it rude for him to misrepresent his services, policies, and information to recieve a customers money. It also rude to state in front of customer that when another customer calls his business and states that his car has been wrecked that it was for the better good cause he didnt pay his payments on time and now we dont have to deal with that.Desired Settlement: To have my car return back to me the way it was taken.

Review: I contacted clearfield motors have never been late tried to make arrangements to catch up on one month of payments which was 400.00 Told [redacted] of Clearfield that I would pay start work on June 2nd, and would have full amount for both Payments by on first pay on June 20th Spoke with him he said he would call me back after speaking to owner This was May 27th,2014 When I went to lock car last night it was gone from drive way thought it was stolen I am not even a whole month behind. When trying to call this morning he had blocked my number had to have my sister called on three way was very smug to me.All my belongings are in truck and when I asked where I could retrieve them and my PA tags I was told truck in route to Pennsylvania you figure out how to get them. I came to Georgia for a interview got the Job and now have no car.Desired Settlement: Any and all extras I paid as far as Extra [redacted] Insurances and The Coverage I had to pay if engine went out or transmission. Also they are very underhanded in there business practice. I am not even a month behind.I feel as though I have been used being that it was a [redacted] 2005 and I traded a [redacted] only got 1000 for it before I even left they had sold it to a Man for 3000. I had already signed papers at that point . Then I have paid 4000 in to and still owe over 14000.00
