Hello there,I will try to answer this complaint as clear and detailed as I possibly can.[redacted]) hired me, Nicholas J[redacted]) to build a website and design a logo for his company on 2/16/2017. A detailed contract was created, and signed, by both...

parties and the design process started immediately. A timeline on the work, and any purchases are as follows:Payment received on 2/16/2017Initial web design started immediately. The domain name : [redacted].com was purchased on March 7th, 2017 by Mr. [redacted] (invoice attached)The website was made live on March 9th, 2017 (screenshot attached) Immediately upon making the site live, a password was set on the site to protect the brand integrity, and not allow the public to view the site until the site was completed. I provided Mr. [redacted] the password and login information so that he can view the site and recommend any changes that needed to be made.In the meantime, Mr. [redacted] requested, and paid me to design him a logo. The logo was designed (please see attached), and approved by Mr. [redacted], and it was immediately used throughout his Social media Accounts. Several variations were created for him, and I even resized and designed banner logos, per his request. (see attached)Numerous emails were passed back and forth over the next two months, in reference to changes needing to be made, and all necessary changes were made. On April 5th. 2017 the remaining changes were made, per Mr. [redacted]s request and the site was ready to have the password protection removed. Mr. [redacted] was notified of that fact. Between May and September, there were several attempts back and forth to resolve this issue, with no conclusion. The domain name has since come up for renewal (on February 17th, 2018) and is still in fact, his domain, and there is still a "live" website hosted on that domain. If needed, I have copies of all correspondence, contracts, and change orders that were sent between both parties. I am only allowed to add 4 attachments to this response, but would be more than happy to provide them. Mr. [redacted] has them as well. His complaint states the following:  I paid 750.00 to ClearFin on 2/16/2017 invoice number [redacted] for website development. Another 250.00 for logo design. I never have had a working website from Nick. since then I have lost the domain and any money I have paid to Nick J[redacted]. "i never have had a working website from Nick. " - A full and complete working website was designed, built and accepted by Mr. [redacted]. Login information was also provided to him, and I would be more than happy to provide access logs as to when he accessed the sites. "since then I have lost the domain and any money I have paid to Nick Jones." - Mr. [redacted] has not "lost his domain" and the contract thoroughly outlines the stipulations. He is free to renew and transfer, as he pleases.  I would be more than happy to provide copies of the website files, that were designed and built for him, along with the initial design files for his logo. (rather than the finished, publishable file formats) I, in every way, would like to seek resolution to this matter and believe that I have reached out several times to do so. But my hard work and time spent, cannot be discounted.
