Review: I have been trying for two weeks to get this company to fix an air leak that was left when they replaced my windshield. Since then I have dealt with the technician not even showing up for an appointment, not answering his phone, showing up unannounced, or cancelling at the last minute. It seems this company thinks I have nothing better to do with my time then wait hours for the technician to repair this leak, which should not have existed in the first place. The manager that I have spoken to is rude and extremely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a refund, so that not only I never have to deal with this company again, but can use the money to get a proper windshield replacement done.

The manager ended up contacting me and they installed a new windshileld. (By clicking "OK", your complaint will be closed as Resolved.)
