Review: I ordered a laptop computer for advertised price. [computer was refurbished. I was not given a brand name of computer. had low storage capacity.] it arrived C.O.D. with a mailing fee of $50.00 due on delivery [for shipping charges not mentioned in the advertisement].. this pushed the price of a used refurbished laptop computer,windows 7 to WELL OVER the price of a brand new one with windows 8. I had ordered this computer because it was less in price. now I might as well buy a new one locally. I called to complain and ask for my money back. I was told the $50.00 would be deducted from the money I had sent. I am still waiting for my refund. company contacted in dec 2014. the account number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want all my money back. I need it.
