Call 4 different company’s. Clearly was the only one to explain what the problem may be. They showed up and explained what happened fixed the problem. You get what you pay for. Great company and very professional!

Did not do the job they were hired to do and would not make it right.

We had a flood, Restoration company hired a sub trade called Clearly plumbing , started they called me to set up a time said 8:30 no show! I called 9:30 (oh sorry we got tied up) owner showed up 11ish, seemed really great guy! I show him what needed replacing the furnace& hot water tank to be replaced, and while it was going to be replace how much extra to add A/C? So we had replacement insurance, apples for apples! Hi efficiency 2 stage. So in it goes! no call on a/c fine let go ask while here how much for water line and grey pipe change $1000 go ahead paid that. Here the kicker not same furnace low end put in 20. ***! So Clearly they don’t know there business!

The customer also approved the work and let us into the house to complete it.
As for plumbing work a quote was provided and approved by the customer.

Our kitchen faucet developed a leak. We called this company to replace it with a new faucet, they sent a service technician to do the work. He tried to remove the old faucet for about 40 minutes without success, he became frustrated and forcibly tried to pull it out of the countertop until he fractured our granite countertop! And still, an hour later, he wasn’t able to remove the faucet.
I called the manager of the company and he said that the granite countertop had cracked because it had been improperly installed so it was not their responsibility and they would not take care of the expensive cracked granite countertop that their technician cracked (!), that they did not care what I did about it and hanged up!
I tried calling him back but only got their answering service and they never called back.......
The next day my insurance company (***) sent a technician, it took him 5 minutes to remove the old faucet by unscrewing it, just common sense, obviously it would have never come apart by just forcibly trying to pull it out, it needed to be unscrewed first!
I have videos and pictures that prove everything!
The response of the company’s manager after the damage caused by their inept technician just added insult to injury.
It is amazing that a company like this is allowed to service our community in BC.

Called them in to replace a sump pump that failed. At this point already I had drained all the water out of the sumps, and had a temporary pump going. They went and bought the same pump I already had, and it did nothing. Then they went and bought a larger pump and uncharged me 100% ($1,200 to $2,600). They charged my credit card without authorization and when I tried to call their owner "Vincent" he did not answer any calls or call backs for over a week. Their assistant "Shayna M" kept telling me he would call me back, he didn't. I asked for proof and breakdown of what they billed my credit card for, and they not only gave fake parts lists, they kept changing their prices to match what they billed me.

Wanted to thank Clearly Plumbing for there amazing service. They provided great customer service as well as there techs were super friendly. Would highly recommend them for any situation in the matter of fact that I had a major emergency at my house over the holidays. They were prompt and ready to work to help the needs I required.

I called Clearly Plumbing *** for a plumbing issue.One of their guys called back and I asked if they had experienced people to work on a mobile home for a pressure regulator valve install. He said I have lots of experience .The work is outside of the home so the fellow said if its raining we'll come next day!! Booked an appointment ***,they called *** to say their weekend guy is sick so will come ***,Well they sent a new guy that did not know where the shut off was, of course we showed him but he wondered all around the property looking for the water shut off. He admitted he had not seen this type of pipe fixture before. He called his boss and said would come back next day with his boss. Said would be here 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. we got up and no call and no show. We called they guy and he said he was *** doing another job.Obviously we will not be using them for any service.
