Customer disputed his paypal charges with paypal and they refunded him in full (see attached) We are in the process of also pressing charges on customer because he has been harassing us at our business by listing our phone number on escort dating websites such as craigslist and back page

I ordered a Martin Logan speaker from this "unauthorized business" which my card was charged within 24 hrs. First off, they never sent a conf. email and didn't ship for well over a week. After 2 weeks, I phoned them asking where my order was. They said it had shipped and would be there soon (never sent an email regarding shipped). They proceeded to tell me to check junk or spam folders which I did daily. The manager was "rude and arrogant" and made up lies as he went on. When I received the speaker it had no serial number on the box, and more importantly, the speaker itself. I phoned him immediately for an explanation for no serial number. He told me "if I wanted to pay him full retail, he would get me a serial number, and that is how I can pass on discounts to my customers." He continued to tell me that if I had any problems with the speaker, just call him and he would replace it with a brand new one. Like that was gonna happen! I contacted the manufacturer regarding this issue, and they told me that they do not sell "ANY" of their products without serial numbers. And, that I should send it back for a full refund. After a few email insults, he finally got [redacted] to come by and pick this speaker up. I've since purchased one from a reputable merchant, and "low and behold", it has a SERIAL number! Couldn't be happier!

I started an engagement to purchase a pair of PSB Imagine T3 speakers - a $7k deal even at discount. Seller indicated that he was the warehouse branch of a brick and mortar outfit with three physical locations. He indicated that all warranty issues would be handled by the brick and mortar stores and I was ok with this - at first.
When I asked for a written estimate, there was no form, just a handwritten email. I called him back asking to get connected with their brick and mortar outfit to verify the warranty process, at which point he changed his story and said that he wasn't affiliated with any brick and mortar stores - and that all replacements would be made directly though him. Even though at this point he was being rude enough that the discounted price wasn't even worth the deal, I stayed with the call looking for a way to make the process work. I asked him to provide any local business references at which point he got very angry and told me "he was done with me" and I could take my business elsewhere. He hung up the phone.
A follow up call to see if there was just a miscommunication went unreturned, which lead me to check in on him here. We canceled our purchase, but the other reviewer was stuck -
