Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action of trying AGAIN to get me APR No need for further reaching out to me for further info though; I already sent [redacted] ALL that she asked forSo just try for a significant rate reduction - like at least down to APR again, please ...But I NEVER did believe [redacted] would be able to get me a significant rate reduction from the start; that's why I steadfastly resisted her relentless insistance that I provide my info And I'd be surprised if you can nowI am glad you reassured me that my personal info is Safe with you folks The timing did arouse my suspicions, and You're right; I Have been completely, criminally deceived before, as well as having Well Over a Dozen ReFi Offers Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Although this lender supplied you with proof that they have been approved as a VA lender, the fact is the loan officer misrepresented themselves as being a part of the Revdex.com "for many years" sent red flags. Their reviews are not as stellar as stated which was one of the reasons why I rejected doing business with them. My trust with this company is zero, and frankly not sure if I can trust the letter attached is authentic. Thank you for your prompt response to this matter ]Regards,*** ***

The consumer is putting into question the validity of our approval with the VA and also stating that our reviews are not stellarWe are a star lender with every review link websitePlease feel free to contact the VA and ask them if ClearPath lending is a sponsored lenderOur va identification number has been providedWe have a complete copy of the audio tape and no where does ***, the loan officer state that we are accredited with the Revdex.comWhat the consumer fails to realize is that being rated by the Revdex.com and being accredited are two different thingsIf the consumer continues to misrepresent what our company said, we will have no choice to view her actions as slander and notify our attorneys for possible legal action against herWe take our reputation very seriously and have taken action on baseless and non factual negative comments on our companyPlease close this case as the consumers accounts of what happened are simply not valid Furthermore, it sounds like she is more paranoid than anythingStating that our reviews are poor is not trueQuestioning our VA Authorization illustrates this point as wellThank you

Thank you for reaching out to us on this matter, and we apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused youYour name and information has been added to our Do Not Mail listAs these letters are typically mailed out in advance, you may be receiving or more from us in the coming weeks

This is an easy complaint to respond to. First off our mailings our 100% compliant and pre-approved by our compliance team. Secondly, this borrower has only been mailed to once. However, many mortgage companies send similar advertisements and the borrower may be assuming they are all coming from the...

same company. This is the first time we have received a stop mail request from this client and we have removed him from all future mailings. There was no need to file a Revdex.com compliant to get this resolved as im sure the borrower simply lost his patience in this matter from all the other similar mailing he received from other companies - and assumed it all came from one place. The borrower has been removed from all future mailings.

Hi [redacted],I'm sorry you felt pressure from one of our sales agents. Let me assure you that our primary focus at ClearPath lending is to ensure our prospective clients are satisfied with our service and feel comfortable with their transaction. At the end of the day, you called regarding your home and...

that is the most prized asset anyone has. Your interest rate and APR are effected my so many factors. Loan agents can quote you hypothetical Rates based off information you provide them but it isn't until they take your whole loan application and obtain your credit score where they can give you an actual rate. Let me assure you that we NEVER use bait and switch tactics to lure in clients. That is definitely not acceptable by our standard. I believe I have a solution for you. First let me address your concern about your private information being provided to us. It sounds like you have has a bad experience with someone in the past so now you are trying to be extra cautious. Let me start by saying the information your provided [redacted] is completely safe. She is a CA licensed loan officer and ClearPath Lending is a licensed CA finance lender which means that your information was provided to a reputable and credible financial institution. Now that I have hopefully addressed your concerns about your private information being in a safe place, let me continue with our proposal to you. Option 1- I can have the sales manager pull your file and see if there is any way at all we can give you the  3.375% you were hoping to get or at the very least provide you with the lowest rate possible at no lender cost what so ever. Option 2- we can close your file, put you on our do not call or mail list. Please let me know if you would like the sales manager to reach out to you to see if we can do something special for you. Kat the end of the day our goal is to make sure the customer is happy and that doesn't sound like it is the case right now. We are ready to change that. Looking forward to your response.

The mail piece that was mailed out to [redacted] does indeed state that it is Regarding his loan with Southern Heritage Bank, however, it does not state that we are Southern Heritage Bank. Also when any of our potential customers call in, we immediately state that we are ClearPath Lending. The...

bottom of the mail piece that we sent to Mr. [redacted] also states "DISCLOSURE ON REVERSE SIDE". And on the reverse side, the Disclosure clearly states that this mail piece is not sponsored or affiliated with Southern Heritage Bank, and that the solicitation is not authorized by Southern Heritage Bank. I do want to apologize to Mr. [redacted] for the confusion, and I want to ensure him that ClearPath Lending's number one priority is client satisfaction. I will be happy to offer Mr. [redacted] a completely free loan, and if an appraisal is needed, I will pay for the appraisal for him. If there is anything else that I can do to assist Mr. [redacted], I will be more than happy to.

Regards,
[redacted]  I do have copies of other flyers I have received from your company, I did not assumed, I verified & compared it side by side & did the research online. I'm glad my name & address have been removed from you \r mailing lists. You don't have to hide your address from the flyers & make it believe it's coming from my mortgage bank. That's deceiving. Have a great day.
