Cleartalk Wireless Internet & Phone

Fraudulent representation of service availability. Service is promoted as unlimited calling and long distance service. I work in Memphis and live in [redacted] Phone will not call from Memphis to my [redacted] home phone. Instead cell phone connects to [redacted] tower that blocks the call. ClearTalk denies there is an issue and strongly lies and tries to shift the blame to everyone and everything except their company. We have taken every measure to isolate the problem and clearly Cleartalk is lying about their coverage availability. Yet they still advertize it as full coverage and collect full fee's for the service. Employees are rude and disrespectful and have no moral restraint from openly lying about all issues. Desired SettlementI want a full refund for all monies paid into Cleartalk since I first started with their service 7 years ago, Aproxx $2400.00 dollars
