In response to Ms [redacted] complaintI'm very sorry that she was exposed to bed bugs somewhere from her travelsWe are very confident, it wasn't from our motel from her stay with us.Ms [redacted] had called the Motel on July 12, She stated to the girl on duty at front desk that her and her family got bed bugs from our Motel on June 17th, The office girl stated to Ms [redacted] that our housekeepers always do a close inspection of all of our rooms and there has not been one complaint besides hersMs [redacted] demanding refunds on room, Doctors appointment, medications and supplies for house being fumagatedThe office girl said she would send housekeeping up to inspect room and call her back with our findingsMs [redacted] wouldn't leave her phone number.Ms [redacted] called back a second time and talk to a second girlWho told her that the room was fully inspected and rooms on both sides and nothing was foundThere also was a trained professional inspection and there wasn't any evidence of bed bugsShe was also asked why she was calling exactly days after the factNo answerShe was also asked how she came to the conclusion that it was our motel that she was exposed to the bedbugsNo answerMs [redacted] asked the girl, then where· did I get them?The girl·replied that she could pick them up almost anywhere, it's not just from Motels and She was also informed that our Motel has a monthly procedure in place on prevention.Again, I'm really sorry she and her family were exposed somewhere in their travelsI can't say where her or her family from Brooklyn, NY (where it is known from the news on TV, that they have been having trouble with bedbugs everywhere) have been in the days from her stay with us and when she called us.This room she and her family had stayed in has been rented out over times in between her stay with us, and her phone call to us on July 12thShe has been the only one to call us with any complaintI feel that our Motel has set a pest control protocol and take mandatory steps to take precaution to have a safe environment that her exposure was not our fault.Motel Owner Carolyn P [redacted]

3:pm and check out at 11:amShe wanted an earlier time for the men to check in, so I explained to her that our office would be closed at that time and I could put the keys under the Motel rooms mat for early arrival. Our office is only open from 7:am until 8:pmAfter that I put a sign on the motel door with my home phone number in case anyone needs assistanceThey had called me at 5:am to let me know of their arrivalI realize then that I had made a mistake, and put them down on the wrong dateI was at the Motel by 5:am, and was able to get them into clean rooms before 5:am, and one of the men sat out on the patio smoking a cigarette, he didn't seem like he was in too much of a hurry to get into his roomSo they were inconvenienced for 20 minutes.In ***'s statement she said, that they had to go looking for new rooms at 5:00 am, when in fact they did stay with usThe men were under the impression that they had the rooms for two nights, which we had available, but Staci only made them for one nightI tried calling *** to let her know of my error, but she wouldn't let me talk at allShe said, that she was going to call me and started screaming unbelievably, and she wouldn't even give me a chance to explain and hung up on meI didn't charge the guys for checking out late, which exceeded our checkout time and the time which their reservation was setup for. They didn't check out until 5:pm, instead of the 2:pm that *** setupI could have charged for two nights instead of one nightThe men that actually stayed Seem ok once I arrived and was able to correct my mistakeWe have been in business since and never had a complaint to the Revdex.com

I can't say where her or her family from Brooklyn, NY (where it is known from the news on TV, that they have been having trouble with bedbugs everywhere) have been in the 25 days from her stay with us and when she called us.This room she and her family had stayed in has been rented out over 23 times in between her stay with us, and her phone call to us on July 12th. She has been the only one to call us with any complaint. I feel that our Motel has set a pest control protocol and take mandatory steps to take precaution to have a safe environment that her exposure was not our fault.Motel Owner Carolyn P[redacted]
