Land, the damage caused by the tree removal has been repaired and the fence has been returned to the condition it was before this incident. The work was performed today and met with my approval. The company has received payment in full for the services performed and this complaint is therefore resolved. I believe  no further input from me will be needed to close this case. Review: Clearview was contracted to remove 2 trees and prune one tree on my property. The pruning was not done properly with a significant amount of dead branches left on the tree. Clearview refused to come back to the site and finish the job properly.Desired Settlement: I would like Clearview to finish the job

A certified arborist assessed the tree on 6/**/2015, prior to scheduling the pruning. He advised the tree is infected with Borers, which are killing the tree, hence why there are dead branches. If the customer chooses to save the tree, it must be treated immediately. In the arborist's opinion, if the customer chooses not to treat the tree, branches will continue to die, ultimately resulting in a dead tree. We are waiting to hear back from the customer on his decision.

Review: During removal of tree on my property, the crew accidentally damaged a common fence separating my property from my neighbor. I have had to prop up the wooden fence to keep it from falling over. The accident was caused by a swinging branch which was cut from the tree but ended up hitting the fence as it came down.

The crew wanted to prop up the fence with some pipes which would not have been sufficient to support the fence. There are numerous broken wooden slats as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have the broken fence repaired or replaced as needed to return it to the original condition as soon as possible.
