Review: I had work done on a few trees. The following week I went out to do work in the yard and noticed areas of my grass under the tree were destroyed, the garden blocks around tree were forced so far into the ground with the falling limbs, that I had to use a crow bar to dig them out. Then they did not take down all the branches they were paid to do. Then they broke my fence while taking the trees. On December 2nd, the owner, [redacted], refused to fix my grass with topsoil, has not cut the limbs as indicated nor has fixed my fence.Desired Settlement: (A)The work on the tree to be completed by:(1)removing branches touching the wires. (2)removing 1/3 of tree's top on 1/3 of the tree.(B)My fence to be properly fixed & not with a quick fix solution.(C)Topsoil and grass seed be placed in the areas in which they destroyed my grass.(D)$100 back out of the $800 provided to them in cash(E) Should they refuse to do any of the above then I am asking for $300 so everything can be fixed properly.
