***I have several complaints about Experimac AmherstI think I have been overcharged, and been forced to buy the unnecessary and untruth servicesI think my problem can be solved by spending around 300$ but it finally spend me 543.74$ after tax
***In august 20, My 13’’ macbook pro Retina was dropped from the chair which made it can’t be openedSo I took it to experimac Amherst in august The manager checked my computer then he said I need to pay 50$ as the diagnostics fee and explained that if to repair this computer need to spend or 300$ then when it got repaired, the dollars will be subtracted from the final priceI think the price may be affordable so I paid 54.36$Then he said he can give me the diagnostics result today or tomorrow
