Review: On Nov. 22nd I brought my truck to be wased. As I was watching a clearwater employee spray my truck down I noticed 30 ft away through the glass window of the wash area that that guy operating the pressure washer was way the close were I swore he was hitting the paint and scratching it. Also was so close he blew a vynil decal off my windshield. Which they yet to replace. And when they towel dried my truck I could still see dirty water running out the cracks n crannies also my rims were pouring out dirty water yet. Well when u Teel dry dirty water on a vehicle it SCRATCHES!IT'S like writing " wash me " on a salted winter vehicle, and we all know that it stays there. I have talked to the manager once. He told to talk to his detail m as manager and I did. They tried buff wax or whatever they did to fix it and the damage is still there. I have been calling every week to get into contact with manager [redacted] everytime has been a failed attempt considering his employees who answer yhe phone say they leave a note to call back. I told him in the beginning this is not a matter I want to ignore since ,snd I feel like I'm getting screwed in the end. Which that is how I feel now!I told them this is a 40,000 truck not no rusty Honda civicDesired Settlement: I think everyone knows that really bad scratches and paint chips require NEW PAINT. And With New paint. And I want everything to match.

In response to Chase Browns claims ID # [redacted] I [redacted] General manager for Clearwater Carwash this is our response.I was told onMonday Nov. 23rd that Chase came in and a sticker he put on came off. I called Chase he told me the sticker came off I said who installed it he said himself I responded we don't pay for any damage that's not factory installed. I did say however since your a regular customer I would make an exception and cover it he told my employee it was 100.00 but when I talked to him he said I got one for 20.00. The reason it came off is improper instillation. Then he said we scratched his truck so to keep a good name for the business I told him to bring it in and I would have my Detail shop manager do what he can to fix it. He brought it in we took care of it except for one small scratch we could not fix. He then asked my manager if I would give him a couple free washes or a detail for it my manager said you will have to ask [redacted]. Over 2 weeks went by I assumed everything was ok then Chase called again looking for something I asked what he wanted he did not respond so I said I will talk to my detail manager and get back to you on Tuesday I called left a message on his phone to call me if a couple washes or a detail was ok with him this was before any complaint to the Revdex.com was made so if he doesn't respond how can I fix the problem. I also have 13 cameras I watched the video and we did not scratch his vehicle there were other scratches that have been touched up with paint in the same area he is claming we scratched. He also is now claming we scratched it by wiping it off he is on camera wiping it off himself also. Mr. Brown is very difficult to deal with every time myself or my detail manager try to talk to him all he does is curse at us we have done everything we are going to do we have tried to keep him happy even though we are not responsible for this but no matter what we do he complains. He is very abusive and not very pleasant to deal with. He also keeps adding things every time we talk so I think we have tried to solve the problem but he is a problem that cant be solved [redacted] Clearwater Carwash.
