I paid for the very best carwash option. My car was still dirty on the sides and back of car. The only part that was clean was the top of the car. It didn't even look like anything was washed elsewhere. I sent an email with a photo to the business stating my issue with the service I paid for and requesting a refund. I called the business phone number 2 times throughout the week receiving a fast busy signal. On my third phone call attempt I left a voicemail stating what had happened and that I had sent an email with a picture of my car. I resent that email after leaving the voicemail. One week has passed with no response via email or phone call.

I just spoke with *** about this complaint which she filed a couple of weeks ago.She received the $15 reversal to her credit card last week which posted by the bank five days after it had been applied.We went back and forth via text because she was watching her account closely. I was happy when the reversal finally showed up for her. Clearwater Car Wash has been in business 10 years and never have I had a complaint filed with the AG, or the Revdex.com for that matter.I appreciate that this resource is available to consumers. However, I work hard to be in quick touch with customers. We truly provide a Nordstrom style customer service approach.The customer is always right and we reverse charges, send cash or provide a coupon promptly. My husband did try to email her with no reply and she and I texted at least six times. Usually, customers talk on the phone and that’s the end of it.It is likely there was a time delay to our response to her concern – that seems plausible. When I asked *** if she felt this complaint was still active, she said “they would get back to me”.I imagine I still need to follow through with the process with your office. I thought I’d check.
