an estimate to us, I forwarded it to our insurance company that investigated the claim and found there was no way the car wash could have caused the damages to the vehicle. As part of his investigation he interviewed the manager on duty, he was sent pictures of a vehicle in our car wash showing the entire process of the wash. The insurance investigator then contacted [redacted] to let him know the claim was denied. [redacted] called today and after profusely swearing at me when I stated he was more than welcome to contact the agent and get more specifics regarding the determination he hung up and filed this report. We have been in business for over 40 years and have an outstanding reputation for taking care of our customers and addressing concerns immediately. If you wish to talk with the insurance investigator directly regarding other procedures he followed I would be more than willing to share his information with you as well.
