I have asked homeowner for an invoice to repair the fence and I will pay but I have not received one *** ***

I did not drive down your driveway but only crossed itI took pictures before and after and this was only in a foot span. Your driveway is over years old and had many damage spots all over the place and you very well know thisI did not hurt the spot that I crossed. WE CHECKED IT
BEFORE AND AFTERI believe that your are more mad that we crossed without your permission than anything else and now want some kind of compensation. Your yard was not damaged at all alsoThe ground was as hard as a rock. The homeowner that we installed the pool for informed me that they would get permission and I asked before I started and they said that they did. What did they tell you? They told me that they would be liable for any damages to the property. You should take that up with them.*** ***

*** *** states that only 20% of the concrete has a rough surface and chooses to ignore what we have repeatedly tried to explain to him He is not willing to listen nor will he return any phone callsThe only way to contact him is by leaving the sales person a message This is not correct as you can see with the pictures The entire concrete pad has rough areas, inconsistency, and daily the cracks are growing in length and width
His offer is unacceptable We paid a premium price and we don't feel that we should pay out additional expenses to cover his second rate work

The Owner did make corrections as expected, customer is satisfied.

Well, this homeowner only shows the few spots on a concrete pad that has 970 total square ft.  Those pictures zoomed in are about 50 square ft of the total pad.  I wish they would show the total pool with concrete pad to see what the real discrepancy is.   This is another example of a customer that went way beyond their budget and want to pick away at getting something for free.  We have installed over 800 pools and continue to have a A+ rating with Revdex.com.  We regret that we can't come together on a resolution and we still stand behind our original offer.

In response to[redacted], the owner of Clearwater Pool, we had contacted him and expressed that the concrete was unsatisfactory. He requested the final payment and said that he would resolve all problems in the spring. Only after we sent him pictures and refused to make the final payment did he agree to come look at the concrete which was three days later on a Saturday. Once he finally saw the concrete, it was obvious that he had never seen the job because he was very upset that the workers left several items behind. At this time, he made a phone call in front of us to one of the workers very loudly expressing his displeasure. The items left behind were extension cords, hoses, and a sump pump. At this time, we all agreed the entire corner where the pipes were sticking out of the concrete would be cut out and re-poured as if it belonged, not 8 inches by 10 inches that sticks out like a sore thumb. (see photos)
As for the conduit, we contacted [redacted], his sales person, on several occasions and asked how we could lay conduit so we would have electricity at the far end of the pad. [redacted] said that this would be no problem; to just let the electrician that [redacted] subcontracted know of our wishes. The owner, [redacted], not knowing this is just another example of how uninvolved he was with this project. We did not lay the conduit ourselves; his subcontracted electrician laid it. Regardless of who put the conduit down, how could anybody in their right mind pour concrete around the conduit instead of making sure the conduit was on the outside of the form. (see photos)
We talked to several concrete mixing companies and ask them, if too much concrete was ordered, would you charge for the amount not used: The answer was absolutely yes, So, either the subcontracted concrete company or Clearwater has a copy of the invoice of the actual amount of concrete ordered. We have come to the conclusion to err in such a way was purposely done. Again if [redacted] was involved in the problem in any way he would have realized we were over.
At no time did we state that the concrete pour looked good and not to worry about the rough finish, because we had plans to pun [redacted] down. [redacted] was never mentioned to the owner of Clearwater pools. As for the offer of $1000.00 from the owner of Clearwater pool, this is totally false. [redacted] said that the concrete company would pay $1000.00 and he was unwilling to pay anything.
If you break your arm in two places, do you just fix one? If you car gets hit in the fender and the door, do you just fix the door?
As you will be able to see with the attached photos, the patch job is at one end of the pool; one of the cracks and the rough finish is at the other end of the pool, and the second crack in the concrete is on the other side of the pool. Therefore, this is why we feel that Clearwater pools should pay for the entire overlay.

It was brought to my attention after thanksgiving around the 1st week of December of 2014 about the issues with the concrete.  I tried to get with homeowner but they were always out of town and our scheduling conflicted.  At that time they had a unpaid balance and kept delaying...

payment.    We were closed from December to January 2015 and I met with homeowner to discuss the issues.  Homeowner did not contract with me to lay conduit underneath the concrete pad for a building down the road but decided to lay down themselves.  We poured concrete just like it was installed and then wanted us to correct.  We cut this section out ( 8 inches by 10 inches ) and re-poured  concrete.  We cannot guaranteed concrete to match per contract.  Homeowners did not make any attempt to meet with me during January, February because of a bad winter with snow and such and kept telling me and our concrete guy that they were in no hurry till spring and still no final payment.  I was unaware to the overcharge on concrete  square footage until they had other contractors out to measure.  I billed them based upon what my concrete  contractor billed me.  Once this was brought to my attention and I measured it myself, then I refunded them back fro the overcharge.  I then agreed to have a company called "[redacted]deck" to come out and determine what it would cost to overlay the concrete.  They gave me a price and also the homeowner of $3,600 to do the total 970 square foot pad.  We had inconsistently about 20% of the broom finished that was unacceptable to them and I agreed to pay $1,000 to help pay [redacted] but they wanted more. Clearwater feels that this is more that reasonable offer considering it is barely noticeable and only in a few places.  Homeowner even stated the day after the pour that it looked good and not to worry about the few places with a rough finish because they had plans to [redacted] their concrete later.  This is not a $14,000 bill to correct.

Once I learned about the complaint I had it repaired within 10 days. [redacted] told me that he was very happy with the repair and would be contacting Revdex.com to let them know. [redacted]

Once again Mr [redacted] has responded with very little knowledge to the situation . First he has no idea of our financial situation . We have more than enough to finish this project but have no intention of paying to cover his second rate work. As for the square footage involved:
The patch was put in that area is 9 x5 = 45
The large crack is that is still growing that is 16 x14 = 224
The crack on the other side of the pool is 12 x 4 = 48 for a total of 317 square feet
This does not include the descrepeincy in finish throughout the pad . His sub contractor even admitted that he used a fine brush next to the house and a course brush on the rest of the pad .
Perhaps Mr [redacted] would like to remedy the situation by tearing up the spots listed above and repour these places. If so he will be responsible for paying the fence company to remove the fence and when he is done reinstall the fence with the new posts that will be needed. He will also be responsible for fixing any damage to the yard and driveway . This includes resodding the yard. If this does not suit him then perhaps he would like to argue his case in a court of law.
