I write in response to your 1/6/18 letter to me regarding a complaint filed with the Revdex.com by [redacted].  Because we are a law firm, and Mr. [redacted] has been our client, we ethically are constrained from sharing any aspects of Mr. [redacted]'s case with any third parties, including the Revdex.com. ...

That said, the police were summoned to remove Mr. [redacted] from our office during the incident he describes because he had been there for about a half hour, yelling and screaming and refusing to leave.  We advised him repeatedly we would summon the police if he would not please leave, yet he continually refused to leave - and kept yelling and screaming all the while.  In any event, I understand from Mr. [redacted]'s complaint to the Revdex.com that it will make his head feel good if we will refund him $1,000.  We will do that.  We will mail the $1,000 to Mr. [redacted] as he has requested in his Revdex.com complaint.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Although I would like to make it clear that I was no "yelling and screaming for more than half an hour." I came in mostly calm, just trying to get MY information that I never received. Despite being told numerous times they sent it. Only to be told on the phone on another date that this crook of an office never HAD the papers to send me, and I had to get them from the court. Yeah, great business practices there. Oh, and, "Making my head feel better" is a great way to try and make it look like you are being kind, but doing $750 worth of work for $2000 is more than generous on my part for not wanting more. p.s. charging $100 per hour to speak with a receptionist? That's real nice.
