To whom it may concern, I would like to take a moment to explain my position regarding the application that was denied for rentalThe application was denied based on creditPlease see attached letter that was sent out to the [redacted] at the time that application was denied, I have not spoken to Mr [redacted] the only person whom I did speak with regarding the matter was [redacted] ***I explained to her that the application was denied based on creditI did mention that there was something that came up on background that had not been disclosed on the criminal activity addendum(Also attached) She explained that the matter had been resolved and in some cases that could very well be at which time we ask for proof and that would very well take care of thatWe do not discriminate for having a background however our application process does require that it be disclosedI did not ask her for any further information regarding the charge based on that fact that we were not moving forward with the application based on creditThe $credit check fee is what we pay to B&T investigation for the credit reportI feel that the credit check fee was charged appropriately being that the application was processed as well as prospect run the risk that application maybe approved or denied based on the credit report that must be ranI thank you for your time, Should you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####Thank you, [redacted]
