Unfortunately my experience with them was a negative oneI am a TV parts dealer with years of experienceThe people at Clearwater TV Service apparently are in the business of lying to their suppliers as well as to their customersThey purchased a TV part from me and after utilizing it to test out if that was the damaged part that needed to be replaced, they found out they made a mistake and was not that partThey wanted to return the part, telling me that the part was great and in perfect working order but did not need it any moreNow, I told him I couldn't accept a return because he had already installed it and used it for testing purposes, which by that act alone, could have damaged the partThe lying part comes now as he is claiming to the financial institution he made the purchase through that the item does not workWell, unfortunately he was cough on a lie because the person who was trying to return back the part forgot the he and already sent me a message acknowledging the the part was great and in working orderThat he did not need it anymore because he used to see if that was the part needed, and he could only do so by installing it and use it as "Test Dummy" to basically eliminate it from a list of possibilitiesI am sorry to be writing such a review, but, lying to pull a fast one on anybody is just plain wrong

Very Professional to work with I was given a price and gave the OK to complete the repair We waited a couple weeks on parts that were backordered, they came in and my TV has been great since I called them on the weekend and they came out the same day
