The owner of the company contacted me with concern and is monitoring my service personally. He apologized for inconveniences, [redacted] He gave me his personal number for further issues. I will monitor system and comment if issues persist. I am satisfied with response, but will monitor service.
poor customer service, book apt to have them assess the system 3 times and three times they don't show, no phone call no text no contact of any kind. Reason for the assessment is to upgrade system so I get some bandwidth, paying for 3mbps down and upload, receiving .70mbps download and .40mbps upload.
this has been an ongoing problem for 4 years now, lots of talk of new systems and suppliers and no improvements. I have now purchased my third router because MAGICALLY the problem is my fault and my router is bad. Before you say drop them they are the only supplier in the area and they know it.
I have never had such poor service in my life and do not recommend this company to anyone dialup is comparable and more reliable
