realized that was not the issueWe spent an additional days taking it apart and testing individual componentsAt this point, we called you guys to the office to discuss the matterWe told you that economically we invested more than anticipated, and gave you guys an option to leave it as is or take it to Honda and we would pay a portion of it capping out at $Mrs *** at the time acknowledged this, and stated that even if she had to cover the whole thing they still loved the vehicle since they took it out of town once alreadyAgain sorry for the inconvenience, and from the Greenway team we apologize that you feel this wayIn order to make our customers aware of the tag/title fees, we have additional forms we have our customers sign in order to reduce any confusion at the time of pickupThank you!
