Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11413168, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute After the complaint, Cleburne RV Service texted me and the owner [redacted] said he would call me that night I did not hear from him The next day his assistant called and said the [redacted] would call me today, but was currently tied up I did not hear from him The following day, I called and left messages (one with his assistant and one with [redacted] his sales person) [redacted] called me and said he was sorry [redacted] should have called you by now I have been told several times that they want to work with me I rented the RV in December and was told in late June that they had to inspect the vehicle for damages Ready to get this resolved!! Here is the response to the remarks that have been left by *** *** *** *** did have his unit (Class A RV) here at Cleburne RV on our rental fleet sideWhen the unit came in it was in somewhat ok condition, for it's ageThe RV was older and did
already have damage, and its share of issues with it before it was ever brought to us. His RV was rented by many people over the past years, and we always made sure that it was returned in the same condition as it left inIf anything was an issue we took care of all of the issues at handThis customer wanted to have a guaranteed days of rental and we told him and it is also in his contract that he signed that we can NOT give him a guarantee of any kind on rentalsIt is up to the customer that rents the unit to pick it out. He also did not want to do any updates to his unit to make it more appealing to customers that might have want to rent itThis made Mr*** unhappy that he was not making the amount of money that he wantedWe offered *** to upgrade his RV and TV's at our cost but he did not want us to do anything to itThen he wanted us to fix damage on his RV that was already there previous to him bringing us this unit to rent it outWhich he wanted us to pay for, but that is not our responsibility to take care of damage that was done to the unit before it came to usThis is what he is talking aboutThis damage was done before we ever had the unit. We can totally fix any thing that comes in to our shop, as we are a full RV and travel trailer rental, repair, service, and parts shopBut he wanted this work done for freeNo company can survive by doing work for freeWe gave him a quote to fix all issues with his rental (again things that where done previous to us receiving the unit into our rental fleet) and he did not want to pay to have them fixed here which we could have completely done with his authorization and payment for work. *** was and has been slandering our company all over the internet and with your company (the Revdex.com)Which is completely out of line. If there is anything I can do to answer anymore questions please let me knowThank you!

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The damages that the coach incurred are from renters while in Clebunre RV's custody.  The updates to the coach and the condition of the coach are a misdirection of the issue at hand.  Cleburne RV refuses to contact me regarding my complaint and has made no attempt to contact me to resolve the compliant.  The repairs to the coach that I am asking for are repairs that Cleburne RV could have completed in the 11 months it was at their business.  Cleburne did offer to provide updates and I chose to reject their offer.  I learned upon arrival on June 6th that the coach had not been repaired.  The offer to update was only a diversion for Cleburne RV to mask that the repairs had not been completed.
