CLEGG CONCRETE INC

I am rejecting this response because: At this point everything has not been completed but here are the events so far. On August 18, 2016, Jeff J[redacted] from [redacted], called. He stated he had been calling for days with no answer. It turns out he was given our landline phone number by Clegg. Not sure why Clegg gave him that phone number since we had never given Clegg that number. We do not use our landline and never give that number out to anyone. He then stated he had already been out to see the drive. He assumed someone was home. I asked how he could assume someone was home when there was no answer on his phone calls. He could not answer. No idea when he was here.He said the drive was beautiful and there were only a couple small spots on the drive that was peeling. I told him there were more than a few small spots that over 50% of the drive was affected. I told him had he come out when we were here we would have shown him the drive when wet and our concerns.He then said the sealant only lasts 1-2 years. I told him ours started peeling after 2 months and that is why Clegg reapplied it.Again no response. He then told me that what was applied was CS 209 which is a curing seal, a surface membrane, used only to hold the moisture in the concrete while it is curing. That it is expected to wear off in 1-2 years. Therefore your driveway will be discolored and look bad for up to 2 years till the seal wears off.  Then he explained after this seal wears off we need to have a penetrating sealer applied. He then started his sales pitch how his company could supply/apply the sealer. I told him I did not intent to apply any other sealers and he told me we needed it to protect the driveway.I let him know I was not happy that he came out when we were not home so we could not show him our concerns. He did not reply. His coming out when no one is home is not acceptable in resolving anything.Why were we never told by Clegg the sealer was only temporary and would peel off in 1-2 years and look awful for the first 2 years?  Why were we not told another sealer would have to be applied?  I feel the product was misrepresented. As far as the concrete representative coming out - we are requesting that he contacts us at the correct phone number and comes out when we ARE home so we can discuss our concerns. Coming out when no one is home is unacceptable. Thank you so very much!!!![redacted]

the year. Anyways, I would like to let you know that a representative from [redacted] ( sealer supplier) has recently gone out to the job site and briefly spoken with Mrs. [redacted]. Also I was informed that next week, [redacted] (concrete supplier) will also have time to visit the job site. I would like to know what the next step is.
