Customers beware, this company will charge for services not rendered. I was to be serviced quarterly and my last actual service date (Someone came out to my property) was 9-29-15 @ 12:38 pm. The technician that came out was not the usual guy and he said he was just helping the other guy out. He did spray the inside and outside, but it had been raining outside that day. (Not sure that did much good.) I noticed that the date on my bill stated that someone had come on 9-2-15 @ 10:36 am. This DID NOT HAPPEN! I really was not too concerned though because someone did come out that month (9-29-15), but the problem came when on December 31st, I was billed and no one had been out to my home since Sept.!(I know that no one had come out because I work third shift and I am home during the day.)I called the company and spoke to [redacted] on 1-11-16 about this and she apologized and said that she would have the Technician come back out to service. I waited two days and no one came. I called back on 1-13-16 and spoke to [redacted] ([redacted] was not available). I went through the whole thing again with [redacted] about non service since Sept. and that it had been raining that day too. I told her that I request all further services cancelled because no one has come and no phone call were made to me. She did cancel the services and she told me that the charges for Dec. would be taken care of. Well, the following month(Feb)I get another bill from back in December again. I called the company 2-23-16 @ 8:42am and speak to [redacted] again. I went back over the NON SERVICED bill and she said it would be taken care of AGAIN! In April another bill comes in and has finance charges added. I call on 4-19-16 @ 10:11am and speak to [redacted] for my final time. She acts like she does not remember now and tells me that she will put a note on the account for the manager to contact me. As of 5-6-16 and I still have NOT heard from anyone and have received yet another bill for the December services that WERE NEVER PROVIDED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Account_Number: XXXXXXDesired SettlementI would like to stop being billed for services that were never provided and an explanation as to why my bill had stated a date of service with a time that I know was not correct because I was home and no one came out at that time and day. (When they did it was on a day it had been raining!?! Why?)Business Response We are in receipt of your letter of June 6, 2016 regarding Ms. [redacted]'s complaint. Please be advised that we have removed all charges from her account and it now shows a $0.00 balance and has been closed out at her request.As to her inquiry as to why the two dates on her September, 2015 ticket, please let me explain. Ms. [redacted]'s service ticket was scheduled to PRINT OUT on the first week of the month of service. That is simply a means of inventory control of the tickets to be serviced for any given service period. It is up to the technicians or our automated dialing service to actually set the exact service date/time for a customer's service. So, while the ticket may have been printed on September 2, the service did not actually take place until much later during that month. Ms. [redacted] was not billed twice for the month of September, 2015 and the date on her statement reflected the actual service date, September 29, 2015.As for her third reference on the complaint. A variety of our products can be applied even though there may be significant moisture on the ground, or may even be applied during a light misting of rain. Of course, we would never apply products during a heavy downpour, I would have to believe that it was either not raining at the moment or application or by the technician's estimation, rain was not imminent within one hour of application.We hope that we have addressed Ms. [redacted]'s issues to her satisfaction.
