I am rejecting this response because:While factually accurate in their representation of what occurred when I took the UTV in to the service department (service manager was fantastic, BTW), I do have some disagreements with their rebuttal. I did indeed say that we were in no big hurry, as the UTV was clearly broken and we had a camping trip planned the next day. A UTV would have been really great on that camping trip, but it was now broken and obviously would not be coming on the triphence "no big hurry"Also, they said that I indicated that I wouldn't be using the UTV any time soon. Clearly, that is because the UTV is BROKEN. It would be very unwise to drive that UTV with a gearcase dripping transmission fluid, therefore I won't be using it anytime soon. Goodness.Another clear point of contention - Their response indicates that they have "not heard back from the customer" as of 7/28/2017. That is clearly not the case, as I spoke with their service department scheduler on 7/25/at 2:29PM. We scheduled a date for me to bring the UTV in to have the repair performed. This can apparently only occur on 8/11/2017. What concerns me is that Clem's apparently cannot get the facts straight when it comes to communications with a customer and then proceed to make claims in their communication with the Revdex.com. This whole situation is very unfortunate. I specifically decided to purchase my UTV from Clem's. I liked the fact that the company was closed for business on Sundays. I liked the employees that I met while my wife and I looked at the UTVs. And I don't hold them at fault - Instead, it was the management at Clem's, who decided that "the customer is always right" apparently ends as soon as the papers are signed and the machine has left the building. I have lots of kids and lots of needs for outdoor equipment. I know that I won't be shopping at Clem's again and will encourage those I know to head elsewhere.
