Marshall's crew damaged my house's aluminum siding and has not responded to requests to investigate and resolve the issue
Marshall completed a full roof replacement at my house in Chantilly on Thursday August and completed other exterior replacements and improvements (gutters, downspouts, trim, and shutters) on Friday August Following completion of the roof replacement on Thursday, I notified Marshall (phone conversation with Ms*** at 7:pm) that the crew had caused extensive scratching to the aluminum siding and one window trim on the back of the houseAt that time, Ms*** stated that a crew lead would investigate the issue on the following day (Friday)
Marshall has not since contacted me to resolve the issue, and has not responded to emails from me (September 7, 8, and 10) requesting a prompt resolution
As I am preparing the house to be listed for sale as soon as this week, and due to Marshall's lack of responsiveness, we no longer appear to have time to re

They gave me an honest estimate that was about 3x lower than any other estimate I got to fix a small tear bedmold trim and hole in soffit I knew it was a small job to them and we had so much rain this Summer that I didn't mind them pushing back scheduling it each month - they called me every month letting me know I wasn't forgotten When they came to do it in August the final estimate was $more than the original small-job-man's earlier estimate, but still over $1,LOWER than anybody else The workmen did a great job, painted it with the exact color paint I supplied, were polite and honest One of my neighbors used Marshalls to do her whole roof and I will, too, when it comes time to do my roof I highly recommend them

Steer clear of this travel agent
We booked a group booking in July for a Feb vacationWe have had nothing but problems with this travel agent and I'm writing this review to warn other peopleI travel frequently and have never experienced any of these problems with any other agent.....ever
To start with, we went to go book and get pricesWe were told to hold off another week and that "specials" were coming outWe held off a week and went back the following week to bookThere were no specials and now all the room types we wanted were gone and the prices went upWe put in a request for at least one couple that are seniors to have the better room categoryThis was granted and we booked by putting down $deposit
I then tried to book seats for my parents who are seniors and needed a little more attention to seating locationThe travel agent told us that we cannot book seats until the trip was paid in fullMy parents and myself and husband paid off our trips to be able to book the seatsThey gave us a booking number to log on and book the seats our selfI logged on, but the site said that it was restricted and that if we booked through a third party (travel agent) that they would have to book themI called and there were several emails back and forth between the travel agent and *** group bookingsThey told me they would book my seats themselves and charge my parents credit cardI sent back an email seconds after this and told them not to book seats as we want a choice of what seats we were booking and do not charge the credit cardTheir response was "my boss said call *** yourself."
I called *** and they booked my seats for me and my parents only because we were having so many issues booking seats with our travel agentWe got confirmation from *** for the seatsAll was well
A few days later, I logged on to *** to find out some information on our booking and found that all four of our seats were changedI called *** to see what happenedThey told me that the travel agent had booked our seats and had them change themI asked to change them backThey couldn't get exact seats, but something similarI called my parents to tell them seats changedThey said that they have separate charges on their credit card in equally in excess of $I called *** and askedThey told me the travel agent had booked everyone in the booking (which is total) seats and charged all the charges to my parents credit card! Even though I told them not to and did not have any knowledge of this*** also fixed that mistake and credited all the seat selection back except for my parents and me and my husbands
Two of our other friends on our booking went to the travel agent a few weeks back to pay off their trip(they had previously made a payment and this was there final payment) They made all their payments in cashBut, the travel agent told them they were still owing $So, as it turns out that the $cash was missing and that the one of the agents that worked there was no longer with the companyThey still made them pay an additional $out of the $
Over the weekend, we went to go book their seats and called *** direct as to avoid this travel agent at all cost*** was not showing any payments on the account for these two in our group (the ones that paid cash) They were reluctant to book seats, but could see all the mistakes that were already made, so booked the seatsTold me to contact group services in MondayI emailed my travel agent and asked why there were no payments reported to *** for our flightThe response was "all payments have been sent to ***." I asked our travel agent to follow up with *** to see why they were not showing paymentsI then received an extremely rude/attitude filled response and still no answersNow, I'm left with trying to deal with all these provides myself and trying to track all these payments for peopleThis is the job of the agent, not the customerAlso, *** and *** do not like dealing direct with the customer because they say it should be your agent that is calling and that they won't discuss direct with the customerNow, my hands are tied and I have no idea how to track any of thisLessoned learned.....I will not be using this agent againMoney *** and credit cards charged without our knowledge does not make this company trustworthyJust a warning for others
