Renter beware. They do not conduct a pre or post rental walkthrough. You are rolling the dice on getting your security deposit back. There is little to no recourse to engage the agency openly and constructively about your grievances.

We have been tenants of Clemente Real Estate for the past 4 years. There have been issues that the staff quickly resolved. We would like to highlight [redacted] who always answers emails and worked with us on any situation-even if not her specific job. [redacted] the owner was always professional and kind with us. He of course is a businessman and looks out for the homeowners. However, he always listened and took our voice into account if there were any problems.
Overall we had a positive experience and if our paths should cross again, we would not hesitate to rent from Clemente.
