Worst dealership ever
Worst experience in my entire life

So much to cover here, please bare with me. I have a 2021 RMK 850 I sent to Clem's for 2 different factory recalls. I spoke with Clem's many times before I sent my machine down from Alaska on my own dime. I was told that it would be a quick turn around. I spoke with service late October. They told me they were ordering my parts on November 3rd, and all they needed was my machine, I put it on the barge. My cost was around 900 dollars. Clem's picked up my sled on November 21st. After almost a month I called and no work had been done. I was told that they were waiting on Polaris to warranty the 1900 dollar track I paid for. I asked them to just do the work and I would deal with the warranty stuff after I get my sled back. It was only then.. December 9th did they even start to order my parts. I asked them many time to please include new ski bolt for my ski. and please do the new ECU flash update. Fast forward to January 21st that's right 3 months.. still no sled. I was lied to so many times I called Jeff the manager and pleaded my case. Was promised that they would get my sled down and do all of the ESD recall, engine flash, and all of the track driver recall work that could be done while waiting on the templets to cut the skid rails. Well none of that was true and nothing was done. Every time I called I reminded them that I needed a new Ski bolt, and that I needed the old and new revision number of the new ECU flash update for my service records. The hold up was the templet that was needed to cut the rails. I called another dealer in the area and they said that they would cut the rails for me as they had the templets in stock. Clem's would not allow me to have a friend pick up the rails and drive them to another Polaris dealer. So we waited even longer. Finally after calling a case supervisor at Polaris, I got them to ship the templets directly to Clem's. Well it took over a week after the templets were in hand to even start the work on my sled. mind you, they told me it was 1 days worth of work and that it would be ready when parts arrived. I called the owner Clem, he promised that it would get done immediately and make the sailing on the following Friday... They didn't even make that on time. costing me another week in barge time. I got my sled back finally, well over three months later. I called on Monday just after they shipped it, to ask if the sled was on the pallet I sent it on, or if it was able to just drive on to my truck. I was told it was on the same pallet. I was also told on that Monday that the forgot to send my ski hardware.. Not just the new bolt that I had ask for many, many times but MY sleeve and bushings were forgot about too. I was told that day... we are sending these over night. So at the time of my call on that Monday, they already knew they forgot my hardware to attach my skis. I asked for carrier and tracking information. I was told once again that they would call back and give me that information. Like all the times before... no call back. so I asked again.. finally got an answer a week later with tracking info. that was created that day and that it was not being shipped over night. So I waited a week for them to mail MY parts, and now have to wait another week for the parts to arrive. I never got the ECU flash information. even though I kept asking. I honestly doubt they even did the update. Polaris case workers are looking into that for me. I did get a call from Clem's on Jan 6th that Polaris did warranty the track. that was almost a month ago.. and that check was just now issued Feb 3rd, after I asked about it many times. I still don't have that check. I still don't have my parts or a working sled. Countless times I was lied to, and not called back. They took possession of the sled November 21st 2022 As of today Feb 3rd 2023 I still don't have a working sled or my check. Clem's has not offered me a single thing to help make up for me losing an entire season of riding, My stress, my time, or made any attempt to make it right by me. I do not trust any of these guys, I would not deal with them at all for any service related issue. This has been by far the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with and I am 50 years old. Customer came in with machine and asked our service manager if he thought the gear case was leaking or if it was break in grease or something. Our manager inspected machine and noted that it was indeed leaking at the gear case and would need to be removed and re-sealed under warranty. In order to do...

this a special liquid gasket must be ordered. The customer indicated they were not using the unit any time soon and were in no hurry at all. Regardless we want to get this fixed as soon as possible. The sealant was ordered , received and customer has been contacted on bringing the unit for warranty repair. As of 7-28-2017 we have not heard back from the customer.

These are the exact notes copy and pasted from the repair order inter house communications. Clearly waiting until the 11th of August is unacceptable. I will inform the service department that your machine takes priority and give you a call. We do apologize for the miss communication.  Jeff CALL CUSTOMER TO BRING IN UNIT FOR A 3 DAY TURN AROUND OR BETTER-JUST PURCHASED HERE AND BEGAN LEAKING.
