Review: Purchased a New 2014 [redacted] trailer from Clem's on 12 June. Despite having had an appt for picking it up, Clem's did not have it ready for delivery on 12 June. They delivered it on 13 June to my residence, and still did not have it set up properly - hitch was not attached, hitch parts were damaged (they acknowledged that they'd been having problems with many of the sway bars for a while), and the water tank cap was missing. The most frustrating part of their delivery was finding that the frame of the camper was bent and slightly bowed. When the trailer was returned to Clem's on 16 June, Clem's response was we had to go through the [redacted] Warranty process to file a claim and get it fixed, which they stated could take 4-6weeks. On 17 June, Clem's told us that they regularly have to fix Brand New Trailers, because the manufacturers send them damaged. Clem's then tried to Pound out the bent frame area in their shop, and proceeded to tell us the bent frame on a Brand New 2014 Trailer was fine. On 18 June, after looking at the frame again, Clem's acknowledged that the bent frame had to have come from the manufacturer because there were not any scratches or paint removed anywhere on the frame or any other part of the underbody of the trailer. We stated the trailer would remain in Clem's lot as we were not accepting a Brand New 2014 Trailer with a bent frame. We asked for a cancellation of the sale or for a completely [redacted], and Clem's told us we had to work through the [redacted] Warranty process.Desired Settlement: We would like a Replacement of the A[redacted] within 48-hours (by Sat. 21 June) or a complete refund by Sat, 21 June.

Review: bought fifth wheel from then clem's 3/15. Since 11/1/2015 camper was at lot for warrenty work. was told numerous times in contact with [redacted] and that different issues with submissions was the cause of no warrenty work..In February after numerous calls began to contact [redacted] myself. E-mails from [redacted] indicate no contact from [redacted] Again numerous calls to dealer, excuses of needing pictures, and limited staff, no indication camper could be completed by March 2015.. First contact by [redacted] latter part of February.Desired Settlement: I would like to discuss with management. I feel if job could not be completed the least expected would be th truth of this situation
