Clendaniel Fence company installed a fence around my pool in the summer of The fence failed inspection for separate reasons I have called MrClendaniel at least dozen times regarding this issue On the first call, he agree to come fix the fence but I never heard from him again I have left a message every time I called and sent an e-mail to the company as well I have been trying for months to get somebody to call me back and have not had any success I would not recommend this company as their follow through and customer service is terrible I have a fence that I paid for with the understanding that it was installed according to proper code and now I have to pay another fence company to come repair the fence so that I can get the fence to pass inspection

purchased extra sections from Fence City, took the fence apart and added extra sections himself (on a different part of the fence where he was asking George to fix). George inspected the fence area where [redacted] had concerns, and his findings were that this section of the fence was taken apart as well. The footing of the post is set way higher than what Georges are set (the concrete is level with the ground as opposed to George sets them about 4" below surface and covers footing with dirt so it is not an eyesore). The concrete would not heave out of the ground due to weather, it would cause a bump in the ground. Also, the screws that the fence is secured with are on the outside of the fence. They are supposed to be on the inside.George does not recall trying to "tap" the post into the ground, it would cause damage to the post and it would not fix the footing. That footing needs to be dug out and reset. George also said the gate was closing as designed when he was there.
Due to what George found on inspection, these are not warranty repairs. Having said that, George said he will come out and repair the fence and adjust the gate as needed within the next 30 days.
