Review: I received the invoice for work performed on 3/5/2015. I contacted [redacted] at the Lewes location of the business and expressed concern about the amount of time which was charged by the plumber. I stated that he was here for just over an hour doing the repairs. Questioned why I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor? He told me he would look into this issue and call me back (3/20/15, 3:26PM).No call back was received, so I called him back on 3/25. Only got a fax line! I again called back on 3/26, trying to get this issue resolved. Left message (9:40 AM). Got a return call from [redacted], and was told that he had made an adjustment and that the revised bill was in the mail to me. I asked how much this "adjustment" was, but he told me that "...I don't remember."As of today, 4/10/15, I have not received a revised invoice.Desired Settlement: Adjustment of the labor charges from 2.5 hours to 1.25 hours (@ $125/hour).Total labor charge would be reduced from $312.50 to $156.25.
