Microelectronic repair is a delicate process that
takes time
depending on workload and other customer interruptionsWe issue no guarantees on
minimum time to repairHaving said that, this repair was done in a timely
manner of less than one hour
After apologizing for my employees alleged rude behavior,
this customer continued talking about my employee in a discriminatory manner and
suggested: the Indian employee (not that it matters, he is NOT Indian) treated
her rude because she is “ETHNIC”Confused I asked her what she meant by that
She paused and said “NON-WHITE” and started to threaten meI apologized again
and said have a nice day
ClensRepair cannot issue a refund for one customer’s
perception of rude behaviorClensRepair considers this complaint frivolous and
bordering on slander
